No. SPLASH^® uses a blend of different burst protection agents instead of just propylene glycol and water, so a refractometer or hydrometer will not measure the freeze point correctly.  

We do not recommend inhaling antifreeze that contains ethanol.  See label contents to determine ethanol content. If more than an incidental amount was ingested or inhaled during the regular course of use, seek medical attention immediately or contact Poison Control.
